BRIDGING THE GAP IN SERVICE
The Problem: As investor appetite for private debt, private equity, and other alternatives to traditional asset classes continue to grow, the fund administration market has been unable to meet the needs of fund managers in the space. Current services are built to maximize efficiency through a "one-size fits all" model which lacks the flexibility in reporting and process needed to provide complete and accurate deliverables. Market alternatives provide a reactive solution for a proactive industry that greatly needs leaders in project management and communication.
The Solution: High Divide Management ("HDM") takes a proactive approach to fund administration that focuses on a tailor-made service for each client. By bringing us onboard, clients reduce the risk of material misstatement in their financials and reporting, receive consistently on-time deliverables, and work with CPAs who are experts in their funds' niche accounting.
